ORDER EXCHANGE
Exchanging Ordered Items:
- We regret to inform that we do not offer support for exchanges after an order has been placed.
- Customers must verify all order details such as item’s size, design, quantity, address, and more at the time of purchase.
- Errors made in selection, size, design, or any other specifications are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
- However, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, and submit a new one with the correct details.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Time Frame for Cancellation: Within 24 hours of Order Placement
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- If a cancellation request is made beyond this timeframe, the order may already have been processed for shipping, making cancellation impossible.
- A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be charged.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Eligible Time Frame for Returns and Refunds: Within 30 days of Delivery
- Returns are accepted only within 30 days after delivery.
- After this period, the order will be considered accepted, and no refunds will be processed.
- Returns and refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
- If an item arrives damaged or shattered.
- If the received product differs from what was ordered in terms of design, size, material.
- If the wrong item is received.
- If the product deviates significantly from its original description.
- Items NOT eligible for return:
- Worn or washed items.
- Altered items.
- Items defective from the original unless the defect is our fault.
- Items without original tags.
- Items with minor thread issues that can be easily fixed.
- The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refund Claim Requirements
- Please include the shipping label/receipt, proof of purchase, evidence of defective items, and any relevant communication (such as email screenshots) in your claim.
Return and Refund Process
- Inquiry Submission: Email the refund inquiry to [email protected], including necessary documents.
- Response Time: Expect a response within 2~3 business days to confirm eligibility.
- Instructions: Follow specific instructions based on your circumstances.
- Package Return: Only return the package after receiving email confirmation from us, and use the provided address.
- Tracking: Provide the carrier’s tracking number for the return item(s) to [email protected].
- Shipping Costs: Customers are solely responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refund Processing Time
- Takes up to 2 business days from when we receive your return.
- We will confirm the receipt of the package via email and proceed with a full refund, including the original shipping fee.
- Contact your bank and credit card company for refund delays.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Our return policy is only valid for 30 days from delivery.
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, with the return shipping cost borne by the customer.
- We hold no responsibility for packages damaged or lost during return shipping.
- Unqualified refund & return requests or lost items during the return process must be handled directly by the customer.
